Das Hotel liegt für Surfer in einer super Lage. Vormittags herrschen hier oft ideale Windverhältnisse und auch eine Surfschule befindet sich vor Ort. Auch für andere Aktivitäten oder nur zum Erholen eignet sich das Hotel. Die Lage direkt am See ist traumhaft. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr nett gestaltet mit einem schönen Pool und ist außerdem angenehm ruhig.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klasse. Für italienische Verhältnisse gibt es hier eine reichhaltige Auswahl und leckere Speisen. Auch mittags bekommt man hoteleigenen Restaurant günstiges und gutes Essen. Und der Service ist freundlich und schnell. Man hat außerdem einen grandiosen Blick auf den Gardasee von der Terrasse aus.
Alle Hotelmitarbeiter sind herzlich, offen und sympathisch. Der Check-in verläuft problemlos und schnell und das Personal am Empfang ist zum Teil deutschsprachig. Der kostenlose Transfer nach Limone und zurück wird von den Gästen auch gelobt. Das gesamte Hotel hat Charme und versprüht Gastfreundschaft.
Das gesamte Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist bereits stark abgewohnt und die Betten sind durchgelegen. Fliesen im Badezimmer sind gesprungen und Reparaturen sind nur notdürftig durchgeführt worden. Auch herrscht ein leichter Schimmelbefall in manchen Bädern. Einige Gäste finden, dass hier mal dringen renoviert werden müsste.
Das Hotel liegt außerhalb der Ortschaft. Für Ausflüge benötigt man daher immer ein Auto. Manche Gäste beklagen die schlechte Parkplatzsituation. Um direkt am Hotel im Eingangsbereich parken zu können muss man einen Aufpreis zahlen.
Ein großes Manko in den Zimmern ist die Hellhörigkeit. Man hört fast jeden Schritt der Nachbarn und auch die laute Klimaanlage ist nachts sehr nervend. Ein weitere Kritikpunkt ist der schlechte Empfang von WLAN und TV.
