The hotel's location is great. Everything you need for going out for a night of fun is right there. You will find restaurants, shopping, and bars. You never have to worry about getting bored. It's a great spring break place.
The hotel facilities are modest; however, it is a low-cost hotel. With the great location, the hotel is a wonderful option if you are on a tight budget and want to save during your vacation. You can always use the extra money for dining, shopping, etc.
The hotel swimming pool is great and kept clean at a nice temperature. The large garden outside is inspiring. The landscape is almost like a tropical paradise.
The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishing. It's hard to say where they need to start. There is cracked paint on the walls, soiled curtains and linen, dirty utensils in the kitchenette, hairs in the bath, grimy shower head, it's just in disarray and really needs some TLC.
The place is full of ants so you'd better bring your own personal bug spray. Due to the surroundings, it's not surprising but the little critters are annoying at best.
The beach is lovely but watch-out for the garbage. There are beer bottles and cans all over the place. To top it off, the drunks will give you an ear full and the bus drivers love to play loud music as they drive the bus like they are on a race track literally scaring you half to death. Forget about a relaxing quiet stroll. When walking past shops and stalls you are constantly harassed to purchase something.
