Not only is there a swimming pool at this property it also has its own waterslide and this proves very popular with children staying at the hotel.

There is a restaurant on-site which is handy to grab something to eat whilst staying here. The prices are reasonable, there is a varied menu and the produce is good quality.

Guests have complained that the hotel doesn’t seem to be working as smoothly as you would expect and things are going wrong that are easily avoidable. This includes minor maintenance issues, towels running out at the pool area and rooms becoming out-dated. Whilst there have been mixed reviews on the cleanliness of the guestrooms it’s the public areas that have received most negative feedback. Guests feel that the pool area and the elevators could be kept much cleaner. This is a popular hotel with sports groups however the hotel doesn’t seem to pre-empt demand and staff appropriately therefore there have been complaints of extremely long queues at check-in.

There is not enough soundproofing here so noise does travel. Guests have reported children being allowed to run around which has proved very stressful to others staying here. Some patrons have also been totally inconsiderate of other guests and been very loud in the corridors which is very disruptive in the middle of the night.

Although Wi-Fi is available here it is incredibly slow and the connection almost non-existent. If having internet access is crucial to your stay then it may be worth considering other properties in the area.
