The swimming pool here really stands out from other properties and is a popular place to hand out. There is the main pool, a children’s pool and also a hot tub. One of the biggest selling points is also the waterslide which is loved by the kids.

The guestrooms are spacious, reasonably well-decorated and offer comfortable beds. Having an extra seating area has also been appreciated by guests along with the microwave and fridge.

The reception staff do an excellent job of making you feel welcome from the minute you arrive. They are very friendly and check-in is fast and efficient. They are knowledgeable about the surrounding area and are able to give directions to wherever you need to go.

One of the biggest complaints received about this hotel is that noise does travel throughout the corridor. If there are inconsiderate guests making noise late at night or if parents let their children run around then this can be heard in other guestrooms.

Guests report that the cleaning standards here are adequate at best and need to be improved, guests also feel that the housekeeping team have not been the most pleasant staff they have come across on their stay and make you feel they are putting them out for doing their job. There have also been reports of rooms not being ready at check-in time, therefore guests have had to wait around until they have been cleaned.

The food on offer here is nothing to write home about with guests saying next time they stay here they would eat elsewhere. Complaints include food not being served at the correct temperature, not enough variety and the quality could also be improved.
