Most guests were very content with the treatment they received from the staff members, who were said to be helpful and happy. They were positive people who helped guests with normal information like transportation and places to eat. They were quite exceptional with their flexibility.
The breakfast in the morning is found to be perfect for most guests who did not only have a choice from pastries and coffee, but also hot items like eggs. Many were content with the variety of options and started their day off with a full stomach.
The air-conditioning system could be better as some guests felt the air in their rooms was not cooled enough. It felt there was no cool air coming through, as if no air-conditioning was actually there.
The noise level for some guests was a little too much as they could hear everything their next door neighbor was doing or saying. They could hear the TV, their snoring or the kitchen noise. Those rooms which were next to kitchen had a lot of noise level in the mornings.
Although the Wi-Fi connection is included, some guests were not satisfied with the speed. They thought the Internet was too slow and would go on and off at times. The connection was not reliable and it was disappointing to have to log on various times.
