The hotel enjoys a fantastic location right next to the Gallieini metro station and also the bus station where the Eurolines buses travel to destinations around Europe and in addition to this the hotel is actually on the same site as a shopping centre so there are lots of different places to shop until you drop and then you can enjoy a bite to eat at one of the food outlets such as Subway or McDonalds or even stock up for your room at the supermarket here.

Many previous guests have mentioned that the hotel represents very good value for money when comparing it to other hotels nearer to the centre of Paris yet it is only a short metro ride away to all the tourist sites.

At night the hotel is especially quiet as the shopping centre is closed and there are not many people around which previous guests really appreciated as they were able to get a really good night's sleep.

Whereas many members of staff were praised for their friendliness and warm welcome some have received negative comments for being quite impatient with guests and for not really going out of their way to fulfil requests or help them in any way.

There have been many reports of rooms being far too hot and the air conditioning not working properly which is also exacerbated by being unable to open the windows.

The food is not very appealing with previous guests bemoaning the lack of choice available and the poor quality of the food.
