Just outside of the Hull centre, the hotel offered a convenient jump off point to the area including its sporting facilities.

The most basic ingredient for working in the hospitality industry is being hospitable. Guests to the Campanile Hull said this was its best attribute, with employees ready to service them, offer advice and fix any issues they had.

Many of the guests said that their rooms were feeling drab and worn out and that the décor needed a freshen up with a refurbishment to bring items such as the furniture, bedding and walls back to life.
