Cambria Hotel Miami Airport - Blue Lagoon (Miami Beach, USA)

The property underwent some renovation not long ago, and guests overwhelmingly agree that the hotel is very nicely designed and decorated. Numerous visitors commented on how fresh and colorful the hotel looks both inside and out, and the overall style is tasteful and contemporary.

The hotel is less than one mile from Miami International Airport, making it an excellent choice for layovers and quick stops. The Cambria Suites also offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport throughout the day for added convenience.

The hotel is generally spotless, and very few guests had any complaints whatsoever about the hotel's cleanliness or upkeep. Most found the rooms sufficiently spacious with comfortable accommodations.

Many guests felt that the hotel was understaffed, and that the service could be greatly improved by simply having more employees on hand. There were numerous complaints regarding long waits at the restaurant and at the front desk, and some guests reported waiting more than an hour for the shuttle service.

The hotel may be very close to the airport, but unfortunately there is not much else nearby. Guests mentioned that there were no restaurants, shops or attractions within walking distance, meaning that any travelers who do not have their own car will either have to rely on the hotel's shuttle service or call a taxi.

Several guests reported that the hotel's breakfast buffet was not great. The buffet is fairly expensive, but the quality of the food and the selection available do not seem to justify the asking price.
