The service offered to guests in this hotel is excellent. The staff here are very warm and friendly and will do what they can to ensure that you have a good holiday. The housekeeping team do an excellent job of keeping the rooms cleaned to a high standard.

Guests feel that this property provides unbeatable value for money and have been more than satisfied with their stay. The location is excellent and it takes approximately 15-minutes to walk into Cabo or the marina. Breakfast is often included in the room rate and there is enough to fill you up for the morning. Air-conditioning is available in the majority of the rooms which is appreciated when the mercury gets high.

Guests like to stay here as they feel it gives them a real taste of the local culture. They have been completely overcome with this property’s charm and many have said it’s one of the best places they’ve ever stayed.

You may be able to hear some street noise from your room so if you are a light sleeper it is recommended you bring ear plugs.

At the end of your stay a member of staff will check your room to ensure it has been left in a good condition, this can take longer than a standard check-out procedure.

This property is almost like staying in someone’s home and whilst the vast majority of guests have liked that about it, it doesn’t suit everyone. Some have felt that they would prefer staying in an anonymous chain hotel where they are just another face in the crowd.
