Tucked among lush gardens of fruit trees, or perched on the mountain side overlooking the valley our hand crafted, eco-friendly cabins are cozy and comfortable, with great views. All cabins have hot showers; wifi; kitchens with fridge, stove, water filter & utensils; and balconies. It is a short uphill walk to the cabins, we have transport to bring up luggage. Nestled in the midst of a rural Andean community we offer a unique cultural opportunity to enjoy the local color of country life, while hiking the best trails around Vilcabamba; or to just kick back, relax and go back in time, in a truly natural retreat. Local trails lead to swim holes along the river, beauty spots & waterfalls and into the heart of the Andes, to the edge of the cloud forest and the Podocarpus National Park.
