Missing lifts.

The absence of lifts has not been appreciated by many guests as they would not prefer to climb stairs to get to their room. Guests can request for a ground floor room while making the booking or during check-in.

The hotel is due for renovation as it looks outdated. The bathrooms look tired and demand refurbishment. Moreover, the concept of shared bathroom has not been liked by past guests.

While being close to train station is an advantage, on the other side the constant noise from train and station makes the room really noisy. Some of the guests have not had a good sleep because of trains passing by throughout the night.
