Guests can't fault the location of this b&b. They love the fact that the centre of Keswick with its shops and restaurants is a short walk away and many of the local attractions such as Theatre By The Lake and Derwent Water are also nearby.
This b&b is family-run and guests report that the owners are very friendly and provide an excellent standard of service. The owners do their best to make their guests feel welcome here, starting with the provision of fresh coffee when guests arrive. They also aim to make sure guests are comfortable and try to accommodate individual requests wherever possible. They are also knowledgeable of the local area and can offer tips and recommendations for things to see and do.
According to feedback, this b&b is a lovely place to spend some time. The rooms are well-decorated and comfortable as well as being kept spotlessly clean. The views from the hotel which overlook Skiddaw and the fells are stunning and guests also enjoy the delicious breakfast spread served every day. The free on-site parking is another popular amenity for those with a vehicle and all-in-all it's no surprise that guests choose to return here time after time.
A very minor issue which guests point out is that the en-suite facilities are on the small side. While being slightly inconvenient, it certainly didn't detract from the overall quality of their stay here.
