Some guests thought the hotel's vibe to be very trendy and chic, from their rooms to the bars, they felt the new look of the hotel to be very inviting. The furnishings were also comfortable and clean which gave the hotel more points.
The staff is said to be friendly and accommodating to most guests who appreciated their knowledge of the city attractions and their professional manners. They were also easy to talk to which made guests feel welcomed. They met high standards in the hospitality industry.
The rooftop terrace with a spa area and bars is thought to be a very nice amenity by most guests who appreciated being able to take in the scenery and have panoramic city views. They could relax in the hot tub or have a sip from the drinks.
The hotel does not have any dining options which was a bit uncomfortable for some who did not have time to try the coupons for nearby locations. It would have been nice to have had even a simple smoothie at the bar available.
The noise level heard by some guest was thought to be very distracting. Some experienced construction noise levels that were too high and also city noises that were not reduced by the walls.
Some guests felt the rooms and bathrooms were too small to feel comfortable. Even if they were just two people, the space felt very cramped for them. They would have preferred more room to move around and feel at home.
