The hotel's location is said to be ideal by guests who wanted to be in a central area. They were able to explore the city by walking or taking the public transportation system, and there were various restaurants and bars nearby.

The walls were thin and noise could be heard from other rooms and from the outside. This bothered guests who did not have an interest in hearing other people in the hallway or outside.

The Wi-Fi was thought to be a bit slow for certain tasks such as uploading pictures. Guests noticed that at peak times, the Wi-Fi would not work well because it could not handle the number of people using it.
