Handy for the railway station and only a matter of yards from the beach and town centre; everywhere is walkable (*and there are no hills)! Lots of pubs and restaurants close by, including Wetherspoons.
It’s obviously family friendly and ‘family’ extends to include well behaved family pets. Quite right too! … More often than not, they are better behaved than kids!
Everything is so dated: bedding, carpets, décor. It just needs gutting and started again from scratch. *Talking of ‘scratch’ – everywhere is clean though and there’s no evidence of bugs and things like that.
If you can manage to get the car in to the limited space available, it’s advisable to leave it there for the duration. No point in tempting providence!
The bus station is next door. Life begins there very early morning - with the accompanying noise problem.
