Many guests have reported that the rooms here have been recently remodelled and are pretty good and comfortable. The rooms are immaculately clean and feature comfy beds with lots of clean pillows and good facilities.

Guests say they love the location of this hotel so close to Mayo Clinic with a direct subway connecting to the clinic. The hotel has an elevator that takes guests straight to the garage and an underground walkway to the clinic. Additionally, guests also appreciate the free onsite parking since parking space can be hard to come by in the neighborhood. Further, the hotel is very flexible and easily accommodates any changes in guests' clinic appointments.

According to guests, the staff here is very friendly and helpful. Very keen to lend a helping hand especially for sick guests and those with special needs. Others have reported that breakfast is basic but tasty and filling.

According to several guest reports say the rooms and bathrooms here are on the smaller side. The rooms are cramped and lack sufficient space to store clothes and luggage.

Although some rooms here have specifically been designed for guests with physical handicaps, guests say they are not very handicap friendly. The bathrooms lack handheld showers while the floors are highly glazed and slippery when wet. No skid proof shower mats are available.

Guests have reported that the air-conditioning units in the rooms and the shared lounge are too loud for comfort.
