Cleaning needs to be more thorough. They can sort out the smell problem from the drains whilst they’re at it; plus, more apartment storage space is needed. Otherwise OK.
It can get a bit noisy; although Poulton’s ‘hotspots’ aren’t near the apartments. The real noise problem comes from fellow residents, stumbling noisily through the door in the early hours and probably having visited one, themselves.
