The pool and surroundings are very nice and well-maintained. There is an enjoyable atmosphere that makes it easy for guests to unwind and relax.

The staff at this resort are polite, courteous, and helpful. They are genuinely friendly and eager to make your stay excellent.

Parking is inclusive in your resort fee and guests say there is plenty of parking around the hotel.

Many guests say the quality of food at this resort can be improved. Some find it acceptable, while others find it atrocious. The all-inclusive cocktails are described as disgusting. Guests recommend you pass on the all-inclusive aspect and instead, spend your food and drink money in Tenerife.

The air conditioning is on a scheduled timer that you do not control, so mornings and nights can get very hot, as there's no way to adjust it to your preferred setting.

Rooms are old and in desperate need of a refurbishing. The prehistoric TVs have almost no usable channels.
