Hotel Bluegreen Vacations Casa del Mar (Ormond Beach, USA)

Bluegreen Casa Del Mar is home to a variety of amenities suitable for all ages making this hotel a perfect getaway for couples, singles and families.  The huge heated swimming pool is one of the biggest draws to the property along with the relaxing hot tub.

No matter where you are at this hotel, the views are spectacular but they are most spectacular from the guest room balconies which make for a perfect place from which to watch the beautiful sunsets.

All guests have to do is walk outside the hotel to get to the beach because it is right there.  Although the area around the hotel is peaceful and not crowded, restaurants, pubs, shops and many other attractions are within walking distance of the property.

The beach area at Bluegreen Casa Del Mar is not very well taken care of.  Guests reported that there was trash both in the water and onshore and there was even broken glass where people walk.  It was also reported that the water is usually quite brown and murky.

The guest room balconies didn't provide any privacy as you could easily see and hear other guests on their balconies.  Guests also reported that the balconies are terribly small and it's very hard to work the sliding door to get in and out.

Guests reported that although the guest rooms are smoke-free, you can't escape the smell of second-hand smoke anywhere around the hotel.  You can smell it in the corridors, on the balconies and outside around the grounds.
