Hotel Blue Pacific Suites (Mazatlan, Mexico)

The rooms were found to be simple yet adequate for the guests' needs. The price was a good value for clean rooms in a good location. There were good restaurants and the staff were helpful. The in-room kitchenettes were a plus.

The hotel was found to be in a good location and within walking distance from the restaurants and bars, and to various attractions of the area. The beach area was not too far away from the hotel as well.

The traffic noise from outside was not minimized a bit by the hotel's structure. The noise was too much for guests who would recommend rooms in the back of the hotel.

The hotel was found to be in need of a renovation by guests who stayed here. They felt the hotel was old-fashioned and deteriorated. It has no elevator and the furnishings were old and needed to be replaced.

Guests felt the bed and its sheets were dated and needed to be replaced. The mattresses were past due their replacement date and the sheets were washed out. The pillows were overused and the towels were not good quality.
