Polite and helpful staff members handled concerns in a proactive manner, and generally did their best to ensure that guests were satisfied. The majority of guests didn't regret their choice to stay here due to the friendly and efficient manner of both the front desk team and the breakfast room attendants.

Guests found that the hotel interior was tastefully decorated, with a hot tub that proved to be hot and a fitness room that did the job for a workout. A great first impression was achieved in the lobby where guests were given a hint that their money would be well spent.
