Hotel Best Western Timpanogos Inn (Lehi, USA)

Guest enjoyed the comfortable, modern rooms in this hotel. The Wi-Fi connection works well. Spacious and clean, the rooms are well appointed and provide a good value for the money. Private pools are of course a highlight when you stay here, as not many hotels offer this. The air conditioning is quiet and allows for a good night’s sleep.

The hotel is easy to reach off the interstate, which was a major point for many guests who used it as a stopover location. The neighbourhood also provides supermarkets, convenience stores and restaurants right near to hotel, so that you will have no problem to buy necessities when staying here.

Many guests liked the level of customer service and the hospitality they received here. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Questions are answered in detail and the staff is knowledgeable about the area.

There is no elevator to the second floor of the building, which was a hassle for some guests. When you might have trouble with walking stairs or don’t want to have to bring your luggage up by foot request a first floor room.

Guests who had rooms that went out to the freeway sometimes had some noise complaints. You might want to request a room going the other way, or pack some earplugs.

While some guests enjoyed the complimentary breakfast the hotel provides, others were not impressed by the offers and a recurring comment is that the food is too salty. If you are sensitive to salt, you might want to look for an alternative.
