Best Western Premier Ivy Inn & Suites’ rooms are quite huge and are well-maintained according to most guests. They considered it as one of the best hotel rooms they’ve ever been! Furthermore, the great material and quality can be seen from the toiletries to the mattresses and overall room furnishings and design.

The great atmosphere plus the friendly and genuine assistance of the employees sum up to a great hotel experience for most guests. They commend the warm and professional service by the staff as well as the above and beyond assistance of the hotel manager.

Most guests commended the hotel’s close proximity to major tourists’ spots such as the Buffalo Bill's Museum, Cody Museum, and other great food outlets and restaurants within the area. These attractions can be reached through a short walking distance or via cabs.

Some guests complained about the noise coming from the air-conditioning system and fans inside the rooms. Moreover, the street or traffic noise coming from the highway just outside the room can be heard too.

Guests were quite disappointed with the quality of the shower inside the bathrooms as well as the lack of other facility such as bathtubs, which are very important especially during the cold season. The water heater also took some time to reach the desired temperature.
