The small yet equipped kitchenette provided inside the rooms impressed previous guests. It has cooker, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee facilities. Basically, the kitchenettes have everything the guests need in order to prepare hearty breakfast or even quick lunch and dinner if they wish to.
Guests were dissatisfied because service at the restaurant was slow and disorganised. They had to wait for the other orders to arrive resulting to cold food. Aside from that, there are many empty tables yet to be cleaned even though the place was not even half-full.
Unlike most hotels, this property does not offer free breakfast which disappoints most of the previous guests. They were expecting it to be included in the room rates.
Guests have different tolerance for heat that is why most of them complained about the unavailability of A/C in the rooms. The sea breeze once the windows are open could suffice but during summer days, weather can range from cool to extremely hot. Hence, the convenience of A/C is a must.
