Guests reported that the rooms are well presented, spacious and clean, equipped with comfortable beds, strong water pressure in the shower and include the convenience of a mini-fridge and microwave.

The staff have been described as friendly, courteous, kind, accommodating and ready to provide any help needed.

The breakfast room itself is small and can become easily crowded so that there is not always enough space to accommodate all guests. Some guests found that there was no seating available and they either had to wait or else leave the premises and find breakfast elsewhere.

Despite other favorable reviews, a number of guests were unsatisfied with the quality or freshness of the breakfast items. Some guests complained that the breakfast items were not always fresh, reporting that milk was found to be passed its use by date and bread was sometimes used from the previous day. Some guests also reported that sometimes the hot dishes were insufficiently heated and were lukewarm.

The housekeeping service does not always provide a reliable service as various guests reported cleaning oversights. Complaints included that the bathroom area was not clean, hair from previous guests have been found in the bathroom area as well as in the bed sheets, the carpets are not always vacuumed well and some guests reported a musty odor in their room.
