By taking care of small little guests needs to even providing directions to nearby locations, staff proves that they put hospitality above everything else. Guests loved the breakfast buffet at the hotel which had a huge selection of breakfast items and everything tastes awesome. It was plentiful and everything was fresh. The staff at breakfast was very friendly and helpful.
The "indoor pool" is actually a water park funland for the kids which is great for families traveling with children. However, for adults staying at hotel, pool area was dismaying as the kids' water park was not suitable. Couples didn't enjoy the pool area much.
Although guests loved their stay at the hotel some of them had few issues like unfixed tub drain, cobwebs on lamp shades, not very clean things around the room, no movie service in the room TV. However, these minor issues did not affect the overall experience.
Few guests felt uncomfortable with too much noise in the hotel rooms. There is train noise, pets' noise from other rooms, and kids running in the pool till late.
