Hotel Best Western Louisville East Inn & Suites (Louisville, USA)

Guests seem to really enjoy the employees who check them into the hotel. They mentioned that they have a great disposition and are extremely welcoming to those arriving and departing.

Most guests feel they got their money's worth here - it's not too cheap or too expensive. When you consider all the amenities are offered by the hotel, guests said that they felt the price they paid was adequate and on par with what they expected.

Several guests mentioned that they enjoyed the choices available. Others understood that it wasn't a full breakfast buffet with every dish known to man. With that knowledge, the majority of guests did compliment the selections and taste of the food.

A few guests mentioned that the bathrooms could use some repairs. Some visitors also remarked that they had issues with the decor and its current state. They feel it's outdated. Others mentioned that the guestrooms feel like they could use a good scrub or two. However, most guests didn't have an issue with cleanliness.

Even among people who did enjoy the hotel, some of them remarked that the rooms do have a musty odor. While the majority didn't seem to notice any smell, some travelers did remark that certain areas smell like mildew.

A couple of visitors mentioned that in addition to a mold smell, areas could also smell heavily of cigarettes and smoke. Again, the majority of visitors didn't seem to notice this as being an issue.
