The villas here have a small, private section of outdoor space so you can sit outside without being disturbed by other people. The rooms are pretty spacious and the beds very comfortable. Housekeeping do a good job of keeping the rooms clean to a high standard.

There is a swimming pool on-site with an outdoor seating area where you can also enjoy a meal outdoors or relax with a cold drink. Guests feel like they have received good value for money when staying here.

The hotel in general has a very relaxed feel about it and a very pleasant ambience. It is popular with couples and honeymooners wanting their own space and a serene vibe.

The breakfast here is really not up to standard and could be so easily improved. There is a lack of fresh produce and the same thing is served day after day.

There have been complaints that rooms have not been ready by the designated check-in and guests have therefore had to wait around. The hotel are quick to inform you that any special requests are simply that, on a request basis only. If you have asked for a special room or special touches to celebrate an occasion do not rely on them being provided.

At times things go wrong, and people understand that, but guests feel like the hotel response to complaints can be rude and they can be too slow to put things right. Complaints include broken air-conditioning, broken showers and key cards not working properly.
