This hotel proved to be especially popular with families heading to the nearby Disneyland and Astérix theme parks. Those hoping to visit the former were pleased to find that this hotel offers both ticketing assistance as well as a convenient transfer service. Additionally, many found that this property was handy for local shopping opportunities as well as Paris-bound train services from Val d'Europe.
The vast majority of guests were very happy to find that staff at this hotel were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Those arriving late were amazed to find that they were met promptly and courteously despite the hour. Additionally, the rooms here are kept scrupulously tidy, a point which was much appreciated.
This hotel's breakfast buffet features good, solid offerings. The croissants - a guest favourite - were noted to be of a good size.
This property does cater for families and larger groups, but some guests felt that rooms were crowded, with too many beds packed into individual units. This stack ‘em high, sell ‘em cheap attempt to offer value for money made for rather cramped quarters.
While many found that they had all they needed for a comfortable stay, a number felt that a kettle as well as tea and coffee facilities could improve things here.
Some guests were unhappy to note that this hotel charged a deposit for certain items, including cots and even remote controls for TVs.
