The on-site restaurant serves bistro style dishes in nice surroundings and the quality of food on offer is excellent. It is the perfect place for a business meeting or to celebrate a special occasion.
The guestrooms are a good size and the beds very comfortable with quality linens provided.
The staff go above and beyond in an effort to make your stay the best it can possibly be. They clearly enjoy their jobs and take pride in what they do. The reception team offer a seamless check-in and the restaurant staff also demonstrate excellent customer service. The housekeeping team do a good job of keeping the hotel clean, both in the public areas and in the individual guestrooms.
At some point in your stay you may wish to decide which is more important to you, a nice cool room or an undisturbed night’s sleep. There have been complaints that the air-conditioning units are quite loud here so if you are a particularly light sleeper this may be an issue.
Wi-Fi is available here however it is so slow you can barely do anything with it and this makes it completely unreliable.
Whilst the property is well-maintained the décor simply feels out of date and a little stereotypical. Guests feel that if it was modernised it would be an unbeatable hotel to stay at.
