The staff is friendly and helpful and tries to make the guests stay comfortable. The staff is very accommodating helping the guests with early check-in and swift room change if required by the guests and this is really appreciated.
The hotel is recently updated and very clean with nice pool and hot tub. Guests loved the new and fresher look given to rooms and floors with wallpapers, the exterior of the main building has been redecorated with an attractive stone siding and bright paint and new windows have been added to the hotel giving it a great look.
The Wi-Fi speed at Best Western Crown Inn & Suites is not good and quite inconsistent and many guests felt frustrated with the poor connectivity. Accessing internet can be problematic however; guests loved the leisurely and relaxed atmosphere of the hotel.
Some guests felt that the hotel's bathroom amenities need to be updated as there were some minor issues like low water pressure in shower, thin towels, no back-up toilet paper and mold and some dirt in the tub.
