The location was found to be ideal for guests who were walking distance to various eating options, to public transportation stops and Orchard Road. There was also shopping stores available and mosques nearby.

The staff members were found to be friendly and kind by most guests who mentioned they helped them with the requests. They greeted guests with a smile and were treated with kind words. There were staff members who were mentioned by name and remembered positively.

The complimentary breakfast was a nice amenity to have for guests who enjoyed having various hot items available including eggs, vegetables, meat and rice. The breakfast was filling and tasty so guests were left happy in the mornings.

Guests did not enjoy having a centrally controlled air conditioning system, which made it difficult to adjust the settings to one's personal tastes. If the guests wanted to turn on the a/c, they had to call the front desk first. It was not an efficient way.

The hotel is in need of a renovation according to guests who stayed here. They felt the beds were uncomfortable and the overall look of the hotel old and shabby. The telephone and towels were old-fashioned and hard to use.

The walls were found to be too thin by guests who could hear other guests next door. The construction work of the nearby metro station was unbearable or annoying for guests who wanted a tranquil stay.
