The apartments were found to have a modern aspect which was a nice thing for guests. They enjoyed having a clean environment in the apartment as it was cleaned regularly. The modern furnishings and design also gave the apartments a fresh look.
Guests were happy to have paid a good value for a whole apartment which had a living room, a terrace and a kitchen. The television had English channels and the apartment location was ideal to head to the beach.
The apartment hotel was in a good location within walking distance from various eateries and bars, as well as the sea and beach area. Guests were able to walk to the main attractions in the area.
Guests were not impressed with the outdoor swimming pool which did not look clean. The water was not clear and those who went in mentioned it was too cold. Most of the time the pool was empty, and there must be a reason for this.
There is no free Wi-Fi available in the apartments which was not a nice option for guests. Those who wanted Internet access had to pay an extra fee and even then, the speed and reliability was not very good. Guests were disappointed with this particular lack of amenity.
The apartments did not provide for basic amenities such as kettles and toasters. Guests felt it would have been an easier and more comfortable stay if these basic items were provided. Safes cost extra and there were no hairdryers. Parking was also an extra charge.
