Not only does this hotel offer a complimentary breakfast buffet but also offers a range of fine foods for lunch and dinner that encompass local cuisine and other flavours that guests have thoroughly enjoyed.

This hotel is located alongside Lake Garda, dubbed by some guests as the most beautiful in Europe, and has done well to seize the area in which it is based by offering guests stunning panoramic views of the surroundings from guest rooms as well as most public areas.

Members of staff are exceptionally polite and have made a big difference to several guests by the way they conduct themselves and always go out of their way to accommodate different guests and their individual needs.

Although well-appointed with some fine features, several guests have been disappointed with the rooms at this hotel. This has mainly been due to faults of the hotel management. For instance, there have been bathroom tiles missing and some of the window-panes had not been completed.

Reviews have made mention of the noises created by the traffic outside as well as the other guests in nearby rooms. Hotel management could possibly do more to create a more sound-proof environment and ensure that guests are not inconvenienced by the surrounding noise.

Some guests have been excited to enjoy a relaxing massage at the on-site spa. This, however, did not materialise as guests found the spa extremely expensive and, on top of this, guests are expected to purchase a gown and slippers in order to enter the spa.
