Park the car and leave it! Most of the places that the tourist wants to visit are within very easy walking distance of the hotel. The sea views from the rooftop terrace are incredible. The beach, restaurants and shops, are an easy stroll away.
From the reception staff, who really can't do enough to help you, to the friendly and hard-working cleaning staff that ensure that rooms are always clean and inviting; members of staff here really help to cover up some otherwise noticeable cracks in the operation.

Parking is very limited and don't expect to fit a large car into it! There is a charge (*of course!) but it's cheaper than those in the public car parks. Equally difficult to access is the lift. There is only one and it has to service eight floors. A long wait is virtually guaranteed. Rooms need a ‘lift' too. They are looking old and dated.
There are miserly supplies of coffee and milks. There's beer and water, but in a country famous for its wine, there isn't any! Quite mean for a 4 star set up. Wi-Fi is dreadful. Prices and tariffs are sky-high, but they aren't matched by the services provided.
There's nowhere to hang anything. This includes the shower head which is only operated by hand. The shower is very low off the ground and must have been designed with seven of Snow White's friends in mind. Certainly not what is expected when staying in a 4-star hotel.
