According to their motto, “the hotel is a place where we treat you like family”, and most guests who have stayed can really attest to this. The staffs are hospitable and friendly, and they will even go out of their way just to make sure you are satisfied with the service they deliver.

Although the hotel is a favorite among tourists and locals alike, some guests pointed out that it is one of the older establishments in the area. The decor and wallpaper in some rooms are already in need of replacement, and some furniture and facilities are in need of updating.

The hotel is located a little far from the Port Lucaya marketplace where most activities and dining establishments are found. It is within a 20-minute from the center - something that is inconvenient especially when guests are walking under the heat of the sun.

All rooms are fully air-conditioned. However, some guests complained of the air conditioning units being too noisy for them. Thus, many guests suggested updating the air-conditioning units to models that are more recent.
