Located close to a number of bus and tram links, guests commented that this property made an excellent base from which to explore Warsaw. But for those who preferred to see the sights on foot, many were pleased to find that a number of the city's main attractions - including the Palace of Culture and Science - are within close proximity of the building.Also, this property was especially popular with those coming into the city by train. Indeed, given its location close to both Warsaw's Central and Ochota train stations, it's not hard to see why these apartments are a popular pick for rail travellers.

When it comes to food, this property is surrounded by restaurants. This point did not go unnoticed by guests, who found they could choose from Asian and American as well as Polish cuisine.

Guests were pleased to find that the Wi-Fi connection here is strong.

There were consistent reports of rude, unfriendly staff at this property. However, the poor service experience began prior to check-in, with many reporting that they struggled to follow this property's complicated check-in procedures.

Guests were dismayed to find that the stairwells leading to their apartments were absolutely filthy. Additionally, upon entering units, many found that their accommodation had not been cleaned. Rubbish left behind from previous guests was a problem, as were filthy sheets and mattresses.In terms of room sizes, many found their units to be uncomfortably small.

It has been reported that this property appears to levy fees for many of its services, including Wi-Fi and even towels. The fee for this latter amenity caused widespread incredulity among guests.
