Bed & Breakfast on Broadway is centrally located in the historic Capitol Hill district of Seattle. Nearby and within walking distance are restaurants, stores, coffee shops and two miles away are downtown Seattle attractions such as the Art Museum and Convention Center. The property was built in 1906 and the Bed & Breakfast was opened in 1990. The Broadway Bed and Breakfast provides a dining room, common room with a grand piano and there is a garden with patio seating. The rooms have an en-suite and amenities include a clock radio, TV, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi and ironing facilities. Four rooms are available: The Attic Loft which includes an outdoor deck, the Broadway Suite which includes a heated marble floor, soaking tub and two-headed shower, and The Emerald Suite which includes a sunroom, private deck and heated flooring. The Dido suite is antique themed. A daily continental breakfast is provided for guests in the main dining room or outdoor garden deck. Free parking is available and guests can check in between 16:00-18:00 and check out until 11:00. Extra beds are not available, pets are not allowed and guests under 17 are not accommodated for.
