Hotel Baymont Inn & Suites Ft Bragg (Fayetteville, USA)

Rooms are well furnished at the hotel. There is an adequately equipped kitchenette, large bed, dining set, and a balcony. The private balcony is a bonus.

You shouldn't have any issues at breakfast time as everything is refilled when it runs out, and even though the breakfast is basic, it will help to energize your day.

It seems that the hotel was a large apartment building before, which explains why the rooms are so large. It's almost like a decent size one-bedroom apartment or studio apartment.

The area is not the best, which becomes even more apparent with the security guard in the lobby. Either a security guard is there because the place is extremely high-class or dodgy. This one is on the dodgy side. It's not an upscale area, it is surrounded by liquor stores and strip clubs. You know it's bad when the receptionist brags about how shooting incidents have gone done in the area!

You may find the receptionist a bit immature with a bad attitude and lack of hospitality. Then again, it could be a one-off and the person is having a bad day. Still, customer courtesy should be a priority.

Unfortunately, you could run into bad smells like a bacterial spray of some sort, which may explain the surprising bites on the skin you might encounter. You may find stains on the bed linens, old worn out furnishings that they try to make look like new, unclean bathroom, and other discomforts. The hotel is quite cheap and it's not hard to see why.
