Hotel Baymont By Wyndham New Buffalo (New Buffalo, USA)

Although standard rooms at Baymont Inn & Suites New Buffalo are on the smaller side, many guests have reported they are decent-sized, clean, and many have recently been remodeled. The luxury suites are really large and beautifully designed. The common areas such as the poolroom are equally tastefully designed with strikingly beautiful murals on the walls.

The staff here is very warm and friendly, and many guests have reported being pleasantly surprised by the overall level of customer service at the hotel which exceeds what is typical of a hotel in its class. The warm-hearted staff acts as nice compliment to the great continental breakfasts served at the hotel.

The hotel is strategically located in downtown New Buffalo a few minutes' drive from fine wining and dining resorts, close to the beach and numerous tourist hotspots.

Although Baymont Inn & Suites are being remodeled, guests that have stayed in older rooms have reported that the rooms seem to be badly in need of repairs with falling ceilings, vents on walls falling apart, broken down faucets and sprinkler heads in the bathrooms with moldy walls, and some room amenities that require upgrades.

A few guests have reported that the hotel failed to honor their reservations due to overbooking even after they had made reservations several weeks or months in advance.

Some guests have reported being charged the full amount of their booking rate even after cancelling their reservations within hours of making them.
