The guest rooms at this hotel are cleaned to perfection and are quite spacious with lots of room to move about and store personal items. Guests also reported that the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning always works and there are plenty of in-room amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Guests reported that from the time they arrived to the time they left the hotel, they received excellent service from professional, courteous and helpful staff who go above and beyond to ensure guests enjoy their stay. Staff members are always available to answer questions, they engage guests in conversation and ask them if they need anything and they resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Guests reported that the walls at Baymont Inn and Suites Salina are very thin and don't filter out a lot of the noise from outside and in other areas of the hotel. This noise comes from several sources including street traffic, people walking and talking in the corridor, loud air conditioning units and doors slamming.

The breakfast served each morning is lacking with little to choose from. What is available is of poor-quality such as very ripe fruit and stale bread.

The guest rooms are damp with uncomfortable beds and guests reported several other issues including dirty floors, a musty smell and dated decor and furnishings.
