Free breakfast left the guests pleasantly surprised with wonderful selection of hot and cold food, fruits and juices to choose from. The generous quantity and taste of coffee served with the breakfast has been highly appreciated. Free cookies served at night were found to be yummy by the guests.

The rooms have been found to be spacious and clean, featuring super comfortable beds and soft mattresses. The well-kept and quiet rooms offered great night sleep to the guests thus, providing them a complete relaxation. Moreover, the bathrooms have been reported to quite nice, offering phone and great shower pressure.

The staff at the hotel has been found to be extremely helpful and friendly. According to a lot of guests, the staff members not only took great care of them but also went out of their way to make them comfortable during the stay. The caring and courteous staff left the guests highly impressed.

According to the guests, the hotel needs to be upgraded as the paint was peeling off the walls, lobby looked dirty and dated, couches were filthy, hallways were dingy, and moreover, the carpet throughout the hotel was mucky. The messy condition of the hotel left the guests disappointed.

Few guests complained that the lighting arrangement in their rooms was terrible. The rooms looked dark as the lights were very dim, which made it difficult for them to get ready and apply makeup.

Some of the guests reported that their phone calls were not answered during their stay at the hotel, even after calling multiple times. The discomfort faced by them due to unanswered phone calls at the time of the need, left them frustrated.
