Hotel Baymont by Wyndham Canton (Canton, USA)

Guests find the location of the La Quinta Inn & Suites Canton great. They find it convenient that the hotel is only about an hour from Cleveland's Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. It is also only one exit away from Football Hall of Fame. The Canton Food Tour and Gervasi Vineyard are close by as well.

Many guests spoke highly about the staff of the hotel and said the members were friendly and accommodating. They liked the wonderfully heated pool. They found the breakfast served at the hotel terrific and the menu wide and varied.

Pet parents found the ‘pets are welcome' policy of the hotel a big plus. Many guests also commended the rooms of the hotel saying they were impeccably clean. Several of the guests made a mention of the good positioning of the air conditioning units in the rooms which allowed the air flow to set the rooms at comfortable and enjoyable temperatures.

Some guests were less than happy with the bathrooms and said that they were unclean. Guests found long black hair in the sink and tub and the bathtubs did not hold water for long.

Guests were unable to log in to the Wi-Fi even when they tried doing so with different devices. The speed was too slow even to open emails and it was also very spotty. Guests felt that the hotel needs to update their equipment and Internet service.

Many of the guests were not informed that the hotel was undergoing renovation at the time of reservation. Guests were inconvenienced by workmen walking into their rooms to make repairs. Their room keys also stopped working and did not function even after being re-keyed at the front desk.
