The food served in the hotel restaurant receives great praise from guests. Good quality and plentiful, both the buffet and a la carte options are reportably fantastic.

Guests love the location of this hotel. Central to Eastbourne and all it has to offer, guests can walk past the Carpet Gardens to have a wander down the Pier. There are also great public transport links for those who wish to travel further afield - Hastings and Brighton are both just a stone throw away.

A handful of guests commented that when the hotel is full to capacity, it can be quite difficult to find seating for the evening entertainment. This has been fed back to the hotel who are to review the situation in 2016.

Some guests have commented that bedrooms and communal areas are slightly dated and would benefit from renovations. For most guests, this did not detract from their overall stay.

It's been observed by some guests that the hotel tends to be either too warm or too cold. A building of this size and type is hard to keep to a consistent temperature although guests report staff do their best to ensure that all guests are comfortable.
