The swimming pool is very nice and is a decent size given that the hotel is not very big. The swimming pool also has a sun terrace which is wonderful for sunbathing in as it catches the sun very well. The swimming pool is also a nice area to relax in with a drink.
The hotel garden is very beautiful and well-manicured and well-maintained. The garden is very peaceful and has new lawn furniture which is nice to relax in.
The on-site car park is very limited and does not have a lot of space for cars. There are car-parking facilities nearby but they are not for free and a small fee needs to be paid to park there and use them.
Several guests have complained about the dirtiness and grubbiness of the rooms. Some rooms are refurbished and are in a much better state than the unfurnished rooms. However cleaning issues have been reported in both especially with regards to dirty carpets and to dirty bathrooms and bathroom fixtures.
Not all room are equipped with showers and some only have baths. The showering space in each room can also be sometimes cramped and the water pressure from the shower head is not so strong. The temperature of the showers can also fluctuate sometimes.
