Hotel Bauman Residence (Patong Beach, Thailand)

Some of the guests motioned that they found the hotel to be reasonably priced. They got decent services and facilities in sync with the price they had paid. Furthermore, they enjoyed the food of all the international cuisines easily available at the hotel.

Guests reported that they completely loved the location of the hotel as Patong Beach is merely ten min walk from the place. They added that the surroundings of the hotel are full of shops, bars/pubs and restaurants where they had a wonderful time.

Guests have frequently commented on the beautiful, clean and quiet rooms of the hotel. They added that the rooms were very spacious and offered comfortable bedding. Moreover, the Wi-Fi speed was very good in the rooms.

Guests reported that the staff at the hotel was very bad at speaking English or did not speak English at all, it only spoke Thai. As a result they faced a lot of difficulty communicating with the staff. Guests added that it was difficult for them to make the staff members understand even the simple thing such as asking for warm water.

Guests have frequently commented on the bad breakfast served at the hotel. Some guests mentioned that it was very monotonous and lacked variety while others complained that it was of poor quality. Some even reported that they saw flies and cockroach around the bread section during buffet breakfast.

Some guests reported that the AC in their room did not provide enough cooling while others complained that shower in their bathroom did not have enough water or shower pressure was too slow.
