Guests have frequently commented on the clean, beautiful, modern and spacious apartments at the hotel. They loved the views from the balconies of their respective rooms.

Lot of guests appreciated about the prompt and excellent services provided by staff at the hotel. Guests added that the staff members always had a smile on their faces and were always ready to help them.

Guests have commented on the beautiful location of the hotel. They added that the place has to offer a lot to its visitors including some very good restaurants and various worth seeing places nearby.

Few guests reported that during the check-in time, they were moved to some other apartment form their original booking with any prior intimation which was very disappointing and frustrating for them. Moreover, the new room that they were given was in some other block and was not at all comfortable.

Some guests reported that even after reaching the hotel at the check-in time, they were not allowed to check-in as their room was not ready then and they were asked to wait. Moreover, the most disturbing part was that the guests had to wait for almost an hour's time for their room to get ready.

Some of the guests commented on the confusing route and long distance of the hotel's office from where they had to collect the keys of their respective apartments mentioning that they had to walk long distance to collect their key.
