About Barba

We are addressing you with the aim and desire to introduce you Hotel Barba; a newly opened hotel in Starigrad Paklenica, a place located a dozen kilometres from the A1 motorway (Zagreb-Split). We are categorized as a two- star hotel only because the size of most of our rooms (15.5 m2) according to the Ministry of Tourism Regulations is insufficient for three or more stars. This small disadvantage is compensated for by the more content that other two-star hotels do not have. We are particularly proud of the fact that we have built a cosy, family atmosphere in which we dedicate each of our guests with the utmost care and strive to make each moment in our hotel more beautiful and enjoyable. You are the focus of everything we do and for us, there is nothing more valuable than your satisfaction. Hotel Barba has a total of 18 rooms: 15 double rooms without balcony and 3 quadruple rooms with private balcony and sea view. Each room is equipped with a contemporary air conditioning, which is not restricted to any use. All rooms, terraces, restaurant and every other part of Barba Hotel have enabled you to use broadband internet (WIFI). You can even use it on the beach itself. Thanks to optical connections, we have provided enough speed for download and delivery of data to all our hotel guests as well as web content searches. Your job, if it depends on the Internet, will surely not endure. The rooms are equipped with LED TVs that allow you to keep track of all the Croatian terrestrial programs with national concession and dozens of satellite programs in all European languages. Within the hotel you can use the well-kept, fenced and guarded parking for your vehicle that is for our guests, of course, free of charge. If we are accommodating a larger group that comes by bus and we have a solution within the hotel. Stay calm, your vehicles are safe. On the second floor of the hotel there is a large common terrace arranged partly as a sunbathing area, and partly as a place for enjoying and relaxing on the sheltered gardener's shelter. The view from this terrace is unforgettable: the sea at your fingertips and the most beautiful sunset you can imagine. Hotel Barba is only 40 meters from its own beach and less than 2 km from the entrance to Paklenica National Park, the world-famous destination for hikers and climbers. To the beautiful old Croatian town of Nin, you need just over half an hour drive, to the centre of Pag for 45 minutes, just like to the Sea Organ, Greetings to the sun on the Zadar peninsula. For you, if necessary, we organize climbing excursions to Paklenica; kayaking and rafting tours in Zrmanja; a tour of Nin, Pag, Zadar with expert guides; submarine ride; photo safari at Velebit; caving Modrič; boat ride through the canyon of Zrmanja and a whole host of other excursions.
