Due to the unusual design and position of the lift, right between each floor was very difficult for guests who carry a lot of luggage. The strange layout where the guests had to take the lift up to a certain floor then walk a couple of stairs was very uncomfortable and tiring especially for those who have mobility issues.
Guests had issues with the foul odour coming from the sewage system that can be smelled even on top room or floors. The unpleasant smell was so strong that guests were uncomfortable walking within the streets.
