Hotel B&B El Pekinaire (Calella, Spain)

It's rare that a guest house has so much going for it like this facility. It's modern, spotless, and the staff is friendly and helpful. You get this feeling from the moment you meet them, there's no to second guessing anything. They are a straightforward bunch. You won't go way dissatisfied because you get excellent value for money. The sincere and attentive treatment of the personnel is what makes this place so unique. For example, don't be surprised when on your way to the beach you are provided with flip-flops, a towel, and beach umbrella and chair at no additional expense.

The breakfast is superb! The choice is fantastic. There is everything from baked breads and pastries to sausage, eggs, and mushrooms. Gluten free products are available as well.

Perfect location of the bed and breakfast can be linked to its proximity to the town, beach, and restaurants. The locale is ideal for shopping. To add to the great location, the rooms are sparkling clean and well furnished. You have a nice balcony, chairs, a comfortable bed, and a powerful shower. The only drawback is the train track that runs between the town and the beach. It just seems to take away from the serene atmosphere. Oh, the Wi-Fi is fantastic too!

Parking could be better, though there is parking in the private garage, it's still not enough. Then again, as with everywhere in Calella, parking is an issue.

A fridge in the room would be great, especially during the hot summer month

Walls are thin; however, it's not a big issue if people in the other rooms aren't making noise.
